All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Flat rate of $12.95
- Includes tracking information
- Free Shipping (via EMS):
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders over $50
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every purchase from our modern apparel collection. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- Must include original packaging
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Any final sale items marked as “Featured” in our menu
These exceptions are clearly marked on product pages.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
- International returns may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We’ll process your exchange within 2 business days of receiving your return
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
- Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost
- If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund
