Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items marked as “Featured” in our menu. These items are clearly indicated on product pages.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We’ll process your exchange within 2 business days of receiving your return
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
  • Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost
  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund
